This variant is supplied in USP 2, 90 cm length, and is double armed, fitted with 1/2 circle reverse cutting heavy wire 22 mm needles at each end. Reverse cutting needles position the cutting edge on the outer curvature, reducing tissue cut-out, while the heavy wire construction provides additional strength and stability in dense or high-tension tissue. The double-armed configuration supports symmetrical closure and even tension distribution.
