Q-close CLINICEL Knitted Haemostat is an absorbable oxidised regenerated cellulose (ORC) topical haemostatic dressing designed to provide effective control of capillary, venous, and small arterial bleeding during surgical procedures where precise placement and surface coverage are required.

The knitted ORC structure offers enhanced tensile integrity and controlled handling compared with fibrillar formats, making it well suited for application over flatter or elongated surgical surfaces. On contact with blood, Q-close CLINICEL Knitted swells into a soft gelatinous mass, assisting local haemostasis while maintaining a clear surgical field.

This size variant measures 5.1 cm × 35.5 cm, providing extended coverage for larger or linear surgical sites. Q-close CLINICEL Knitted is fully absorbable, eliminating the need for removal and supporting natural tissue healing.
