Q-close Mono Absorbable Poliglecaprone Surgical Sutures are intended for soft tissue approximation and ligation where temporary wound support and predictable absorption are required. Manufactured from monofilament poliglecaprone, these sutures provide smooth passage through tissue, reduced drag, and reliable handling characteristics.

The monofilament structure minimises tissue reaction and supports precise placement, making Q-close Mono suitable for delicate procedures requiring controlled absorption. The violet colour enhances visibility within the surgical field, aiding identification and suture management during use.

This variant is supplied in USP 3-0 with an extended length of 250 cm and is provided non-needled on a plastic reel. The non-needled configuration allows the suture to be cut to required lengths and paired with user-selected needles or used for ligatures and continuous suturing techniques.

Q-close Mono poliglecaprone sutures provide predictable absorption, with strength retention appropriate for short-term wound support, typically up to 21 days. Supplied sterile in boxes of 12 reels for professional clinical use.
