This variant is supplied in USP 5 and consists of one 75 cm strand, fitted with a 1/2 circle reverse cutting 55 mm needle featuring 360-degree needle rotation. Reverse cutting needles minimise tissue cut-out, while the rotational design improves manoeuvrability and precision during placement.

Q-close stainless steel sutures are non-absorbable and intended for permanent tissue support where maximum strength and control are required. Supplied sterile in straight packs, boxed in quantities of 12 for professional clinical use.
