International orders: Delivery times are longer and vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier services.
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Where no specific delivery date is agreed:
UK orders will be delivered within 30 days of order acceptance.
International orders will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, taking into account customs and international transit.
Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive confirmation and tracking details where available.
Responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are delivered to the address you provided.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For deliveries outside the UK, please note:
Import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or clearance fees are NOT included in our prices or delivery charges.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by the destination country’s authorities.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in delayed delivery, returned goods, or disposal by local authorities. In such cases, refunds may not be possible.
By placing an international order, you agree to accept responsibility for any applicable import charges.
Responsibility for Goods
We are legally responsible for your order until it is delivered to your nominated delivery address.
Please inspect your goods upon receipt and notify us in writing of any:
Damaged items
Missing items
Incorrect items
within five (5) working days of delivery so we can investigate promptly.
Proof of Delivery
Requests for proof of delivery must be made within two (2) months of the delivery date.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Failed delivery attempts
Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-sent.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you are a UK or EU consumer purchasing online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
If you cancel:
You will receive a refund for the goods and standard delivery cost (where applicable).
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing using the contact details on our website.
Returns & Return Costs
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
International return shipping, customs fees, and any associated costs are non-refundable
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging

Business-to-Business Orders
Orders placed on a business-to-business basis are not covered by statutory consumer cancellation rights unless expressly agreed in writing.
Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Customs inspections or clearance delays
Courier disruption
Extreme weather
Industrial action
International transit delays
