Why we believe this correspondence matters
We Told Trustpilot About These Reviews Ourselves
More than a month before the current public warning, Chameleon Scrubs proactively contacted Trustpilot regarding reviews we were unable to qualify — and expressly told Trustpilot that we were not paying for reviews.
This email was sent on 2 July 2026.
This was not written after Trustpilot placed its current warning against Chameleon Scrubs.
It was a proactive notification from us to Trustpilot regarding reviews which we could not qualify.
Our email to Trustpilot
Good Morning
Just a quick update, we have received reviews, we are unable to qualify these reviews for Chameleon.

Why we believe this correspondence matters
On 2 July 2026, we voluntarily contacted Trustpilot regarding reviews we were unable to qualify.
We specifically stated that we were not paying for reviews.
Trustpilot acknowledged our notification and confirmed that the information had been noted.
If we were trying to hide questionable reviews, why would we report them to Trustpilot ourselves?
The documented timeline
Our position has not changed.
We do not buy reviews.
We do not pay people to review us.
We do not create fake customer accounts.
We do not commission fabricated reviews.
We do not want fake positive reviews any more than we want fake negative reviews.
We want genuine customers expressing genuine opinions about their experiences.
Review activity and responsibility are not the same thing.
Trustpilot is an independent third-party platform which we do not control.
We cannot control who creates an account or independently decides to submit something about Chameleon Scrubs.
If Trustpilot subsequently determines that particular activity appears suspicious, that is one issue.
Establishing that Chameleon Scrubs or Astflick Group Ltd actually caused, purchased, commissioned or authorised that activity is another.
That is why we have repeatedly asked Trustpilot to provide sufficient evidence demonstrating the connection between the alleged activity and our company.
Show us the evidence connecting the activity to us.
